You may have noticed that we took a week off last week (if so, get a life!). I was in the field researching coastal erosion (it required a hike from this access point but Mason Inlet is still where they hoped it would be):
I was in charge of the protein on Tuesday night so I went to the market (I bought the big dolphinfish filet on the right and a black drum. I grilled it in tin foil with garlic, lemon juice and olive oil):
