I was so excited! Who doesn't like being asked to submit a paper to a reputable journal? But then I noticed that David Publishing is on Beall's list of "potential, possible, or probable predatory scholarly open-access publishers." I've received (at least, I'm sure I haven't been able to save them all) 37 invitations to submit a paper to a PPPP journal so far in 2015.
I know someone who recently submitted a fake paper to a journal on Beall's list using a fake name. It was submitted on a Friday and accepted on a Monday. Here is the acceptance certificate: Pcbr.net_pub_letter_0202.20.
