Mark Trail is going to smash someone's face

This raises several questions:

1. Mark isn't even wearing his polarized glasses and he can see the sea turtle miles off!
2. Why is a sea turtle inland (or is that common)?
3. Why did Mark paint his engine to match the boat?
4. Why is Mark yelling? Dogs have excellent hearing and he is totally going to lose his chance at surprising the harpoon fisherman.
