After three rewinds I think I've got this exchange correct from The Daily Show:

Herman Cain: The polls are inaccurate in my opinion, based on anecdotal evidence, based on people that I know.

Jon Stewart: From what I understand, that's why they do polls, because if it is just people that you know it is somewhat unscientific ...

Cain went on to say something about people who are working don't have enough time to answer poll questions.
