What do you get when a 10 year old claims there's no way his 6'3" 210lb 42-year old dad can do a back flip off a 10 foot cliff?

 

Not bad if you ask me.

For comparison, here's my 14yo doing the same dive off the same cliff.  The resemblance in form (and six-pack definition) is uncanny.
