I would like to buy a Think Tank and use it to shoot some smarts into my kids

The International Center for Climate Governance has launched today the Think Tank Map, a new observatory that provides an overview on the think tanks active in the field of climate change governance.

Apparently Europeans think more than Americans.  Either that, or Americans are much more efficient at thinking than Europeans.
