Ater my stunning revelation on Tuesday that our favorite superhero for environmental markets, Cap'n Trade, is Elvis Dead, a flood of readers (one) asked for more details. So I sent one of the Cap'n Trade crime-scene investigators, and revealer (at least to me) of Cap'n Trade's SO2 deathblow--Rich Woodward of Texas A&M--a message asking if he would be willing to publicly reveal the findings of his investigation.
