i know you have looked at hurricane evacuation orders. given that governors can appear on tv anytime they scream that a hurricane will be a big deal, i wonder whether governors up for reelection have an incentive to "overhype" hurricane potential in order to appear more gubernatorial?
The lesson is: ignore politicians up for re-election.
