N.C. Treasurer suggests environmental tax credits:
North Carolina should offer special tax incentives for companies to cut greenhouse gas emissions, N.C. treasurer and likely gubernatorial candidate Richard Moore told a state legislative commission on climate change today. The incentive to use alternative fuels would strengthen the economy and help guard against the cost of future environmental regulations, he said.
