Eating seafood twice a week is good for your heart and generally outweighs the risk of exposure to mercury and other dangerous contaminants, the Institute of Medicine said Tuesday.
I agree, but I am willing to take the risk because seafood is yummy. But, aren't there just as likely people out there who think that any risk is too high and the risks outweigh the benefits? Seems like 'generally' is too strong a word without knowing how individuals will make decisions when faced with this new information.
