We are staying in a 400sf apartment on the Upper West side: Monthly rent? $1,700. One of Trump's new developments is just across the street: You can get 1,750 sf for $2.45M. For $300,000, you can get 2,500 sf in suburban Columbus, OH. Q.E.D**.
