I wore a sleep watch last semester to test it out for the well-known sleep and decision-making researcher David Dickinson (always doing whatever I can to advance knowledge). I'm happy to report that my sleep efficiency averages almost 90%! Here is my actogram:
And yes, I was asleep by 10 pm on a Saturday night.
